Our system aimed to create a local employment facilitation engine that will provide fast and effective employment services to clients. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure the completeness and accuracy of your personal data.

For the purpose of managing the system, personal data submitted will be utilized by PESO and employer’s authorized personnel. Provincial Government La Union will perform regular routine backup of data. However, you are solely responsible for all data you submit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the system.

Nevertheless, we will not disclose any personal data obtained in the usage of the system except as provided herein. We guarantee that data that can be identified with you will remain confidential and will be disclosed only with your permission or as required by law.
